The screen's bigger than on my previous laptop and I'm not big on streaming. I'll stream something I miss but I really am one of those put it on my big, flat screen TV types, you know? So I was just really surprised by how much I was loving the show on the computer.
I got caught up in a 100 other things than the plot -- including the use of the halls in the show. I don't think I've paid attention to the visuals so much before.
Jane Curtain didn't have as much to do but was great when she was on.
And Poppy Montgomery was great as Carrie. But I really liked the couple that's coming slowly together and thought it was cute, at the end, that she knew he was singing "Don't Go Breaking Your Heart" with her (I don't know the couple's name).
I'll probably watch it again to follow the plot. But I really did love the visuals. And the way they frame Poppy with the camera when she's about to (or trying to) remember something. There were all these things that I just hadn't noticed before.
Thanks you (big time) to C.I. for the laptop and to Mike for being on the phone with me while he and I were both installing some extras and having fun surfing.
Here's C.I.'s "Iraq snapshot:"
