So check out this AP photo and tell me: Is there a good angle for Michelle Obama?
I see since her gimp eye was noted, she's gone to attempting to hide it with one section of her hair. (Her right eye is significantly smaller than the other. An obvious fact but one everyone tries to pretend isn't there.)
I like her dress. We had slip covers just like that on the family couch when I was in middle school. Good to know she's recycling.
Meanwhile Don't Ask, Don't Tell boi George Clooney -- still in the closet where there's apparently a ton of munchies judging by the fat he's packed on -- went to the White House where he held hands with War Hawks John Prendergast and Samantha Power and appeared before War Hawk Barack to discuss the plot lines of ER. What's that? Oh, right, he was there to sell war on the Sudan.
Does anyone ever notice the vast array of Crackers supposedly concerned about the Sudanese?
And does anyone notice how badly -- even with make up -- Clooney is aging?
If not, there's video at the link.
Clooney is so dead to the world. I think his little Really-I'm-Straight act hurt him (and certainly his gay 'jokes' with boi pal Matt Damon didn't help him either).
But he's so useless and so 90s that I had even forgotten him until today's news cycle.
Seeing him, I remembered C.I. predicted The American would bomb and not even cross $50 million domestically. Was she right?
After six weeks, it still hasn't made it to $36 million at the box office and, last weekend, it brought in only $85,672 at the box office.
When did Clooney last carry a film to or past the $100 million mark?
Setting aside the Ocean's ensembles and his blink-and-you-miss-him role in the Spy Kids films and you have to drop back to 2000 with The Perfect Storm. And for most of us, that was Mark Wahlberg's film.
George Clooney hasn't carried a film to the one hundred million mark in ten years. And before that, the only film he carried to the one hundred million mark was Batman & Robin -- the lowest money maker in the Batman series. He has two films he can claim credit for the box office of and that's in his entire career.
Why does anyone hire that aging fool?
In seven months, he hits 50 (and looks at least 5 years older). It's time he was sent back to TV. How many bombs is one actor allowed?
Here's C.I.'s "Iraq snapshot:"
